Following a long period of issues concerning infections, associated discomfort and hearing problems with my ears and despite a number of visits and treatments recommended by doctors the problems did not go away. I had a consultation with Mr Cruise in November 2021 and I was very impressed with the way it was conducted. Mr Cruise listened, asked questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also gave guidance for action, if required, concerning issues that may reoccur. He carried out microsuction in a way not carried out previously which, combined with a prescription, meant all my symptoms disappeared.

I visited Mr Cruise at Runnymede Hospital on 16 October 2020 for a consultation with regard to ear problems. He gave me practical advice to alleviate my condition and subsequently my symptoms have improved. I was very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Polite, efficient and produced a written report very quickly. There were some unexpected findings that he explained very well to me. Written information on technicalities was provided to take away.

Mr Cruise listened to me and spoke to me as an equal- not talking down as some other Drs can tend to do. He showed great respect, taking my views into account and was able to see my and operate very quickly and professionally.
